Maurice Guiraud Riviere was a painter, designer and sculptor who studied at the Paris École des Beaux-Arts and exhibited at the Salon des Humouristes during the 1920-30. His main subjects were dancers, athletes and horses usually in the theatrical poses and captured in motion.
