Provenance

Mr Russell Crowe, Sydney

'This watch was purchased in Rome after Gladiator (2000) was released. When I came out of the shop the entire street was blocked with people and police. I asked the closest policeman what was going on, in heavily accented English he said 'You, Mr Gladiator, you are going on.'' Russell Crowe
