seated in lalitasana on a double lotus base, the right foot resting on a lotus flower rising from the base, the right hand lowered in varadamudra and the left raised in vitarkamudra, wearing a dhoti and trailing shawl and further adorned with jewellery, the face with lowered gaze and benevolent smile, and surmounted by a tiara enclosing a high chignon

Condition Report

The sprays of lotus to either side now missing, the tip of the central tiara leaf and the tip of the scroll behind the right earlobe now missing. Some surface wear and the gilding somewhat degraded particularly over the face, hands and lower body.
