the bi-lobed bowls decorated with scrolling arabesques, the spoon handle adjoining the bowl mounted with a leopard head, beadwork emulating jewels, further arabesques and terminating in a spiral twist with seal top.
Being small replicas of the anointing spoon dating from the 12th Century held in The Royal Collection, these will have been made to commemorate the ascent to the throne of Edward VII. Retailed by Drummond of Melbourne.
